Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED: SEPTEMBER 19, 2026
Short version: Sniper AI has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The app runs on your own PC and signs transactions locally. Your private key is never sent to us. The app does talk to third-party services (Solana RPC and Jito, GitHub for updates) that can see technical data such as your IP address, and everything you do on the Solana blockchain is public.
1. Who this applies to
This policy covers the Sniper AI website (“Site”) and the Sniper AI Terminal Windows application (“App”), together the “Service”. “We” and “us” mean the operator of the Service.
2. The website
- The Site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not ask you to create an account or submit a form.
- Fonts and scripts are served from the Site itself.
- Like any web server, our hosting provider may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, for security and operation of the Site.
- The download button links to GitHub Releases. When you download the installer, GitHub’s own privacy policy applies to that request.
3. The application
Private keys. You enter your wallet’s private key into the App. It is encrypted in memory for the duration of the session, used only to sign transactions on your PC, and erased when the App closes or restarts. It is never transmitted to us or stored on our servers. We cannot recover a lost key.
Data stored on your PC. The App stores your preferences, trade journal, transaction history, fair-launch targets and a daily usage counter locally, in the App’s data folder on your computer (%APPDATA%\sniper-ai-terminal). This data stays on your device; we do not receive it. Uninstalling the App does not delete this folder — you can delete it yourself at any time.
We do not run an account system or user database. We do not collect your name, email address or identity through the App.
4. Third-party services the App connects to
To work, the App sends requests to services operated by others. They receive technical data as described and handle it under their own policies.
- Solana RPC provider (QuickNode). The App uses a shared RPC connection provided with the Service. The provider receives your IP address and the requests the App makes, such as wallet balance lookups, transaction submissions and blockchain subscriptions. The operator of the Service may see aggregate usage metrics for that shared connection but does not link them to your identity.
- Jito block engine. Transactions and tips may be submitted to Jito services, which receive the transaction data and your IP address.
- GitHub. The App checks GitHub Releases for updates on launch and periodically, which reveals your IP address and the installed version to GitHub.
- The Solana blockchain. Every transaction you make is public and permanent. This includes your wallet address, the tokens you trade, amounts, and the platform fee transferred to our treasury wallet as part of each trade. We cannot remove or alter blockchain data.
5. How we use information
We use technical information only to operate, secure and improve the Service — for example to keep the site available, deliver updates and keep shared RPC usage within limits. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising.
6. Retention
We do not hold your App data, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on request. Server logs kept by hosting and infrastructure providers are retained according to their own policies.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Service, but no software or network is perfectly secure. You are responsible for the security of your PC and your wallet. We strongly recommend using a dedicated wallet that holds only funds you can afford to lose.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data held about you, such as access, correction or deletion. Because we do not collect or store personal data about App users, most of these requests cannot apply to us; for data held by third parties named above, please contact them directly.
10. International use
The Service and its providers may process data in countries other than your own. By using the Service you understand your data may be transferred internationally as needed to run it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
