Terms of Use
LAST UPDATED: SEPTEMBER 19, 2026
Sniper AI is experimental trading software. Trading brand-new tokens is extremely risky and you can lose your entire trade amount. By downloading or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sniper AI website and the Sniper AI Terminal Windows application (together, the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not download or use the Service.
2. Eligibility and legal compliance
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You are responsible for making sure that using the Service, and trading digital assets, is lawful where you live, and for reporting and paying any taxes that apply to your trades.
- You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or located in a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited.
3. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your own trading. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or sublicense the App; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; use it to build a competing service; or modify it to remove, reduce or bypass the platform fee or any usage limits.
4. No financial advice
Nothing in the Service or on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Strategy profiles, default numbers and any example figures are illustrative starting points, have not been backtested, and are not recommendations or predictions. You alone decide whether, when and how much to trade.
5. Risks you accept
By using the Service you acknowledge that:
- Newly launched tokens are highly speculative. Many are scams, rug pulls or simply never attract buyers, and you can lose your entire trade amount.
- Transactions can fail, land late or be outcompeted. Network fees, tips and other costs can still be charged when a trade does not succeed or is sold at a loss.
- Prices can move sharply between the moment a decision is made and the moment a transaction lands (slippage).
- Automated exits depend on software, network connectivity, third-party services and market liquidity, and may not execute as intended.
- Software can contain bugs. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
6. Your wallet and keys
You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys and device security. We never have custody of your funds and cannot recover keys or reverse transactions. We recommend using a dedicated burner wallet that holds only funds you can afford to lose.
7. Fees
The Service charges a platform fee of 2% on each trade entry and 2% on each trade exit, added to the corresponding on-chain transaction and sent to our treasury wallet. This is in addition to costs charged by others, including pump.fun or pool fees, Jito tips, priority fees and Solana network fees. Fees shown in the Service or on the Site are estimates. Platform fees are non-refundable. We may change fees for future versions; changes will be shown on the Site or in the App before they apply.
8. Included RPC and fair use
The App includes access to a shared Solana RPC connection. Usage is subject to a daily fair-use allowance shown in the App and to rate limits. We may change, limit or discontinue the shared connection at any time, and we do not guarantee its availability or speed. When the allowance is reached, the App may pause new buys; it is designed not to block sells.
9. Updates and changes
The App may download and install updates automatically. We may add, change or remove features at any time. Restarting the App to update ends the current session and erases the in-memory key.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party networks and providers, including Solana, pump.fun and PumpSwap, Jito, QuickNode and GitHub. We do not control them and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. Outages, changes or incompatibilities in those services may affect the Service or your trades.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted or error-free operation, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will land any trade, achieve any price or produce any profit.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, tokens, data or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the platform fees you paid to us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the Service from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your trades, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or end access, including the shared RPC connection, at any time, particularly for misuse, fee circumvention or abuse of the fair-use limits. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
16. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
